Massimo Rodighiero, involved the cooperation with Devincenti Multiliving for the design and the layout of the rooms of this house, characterized by strong structural simplification and strict spatial setting. The use of special construction technologies, the compositional criteria of bio-architecture and the high quality of the components, made it possible to minimize the plant ensuring maximum comfort and high energy efficiency at the right quality / price ratio. The simple style of the interior contributes affordability of the intervention and provide the perfect backdrop to the elegant pieces of contemporary furniture, to found objects and items made to measure such as walnut kitchen and sculptural stainless steel staircase adorning the generous spaces the living and the loft. And all thanks to a consistent use of materials, helps to return a ‘casual chic’ style, reflecting the style of the owner’s life, simple and refined, open to conviviality and always in contact with nature. The polished concrete flooring and rustic plaster walls so is the central theme of the environment, creating a visual continuity with the outdoor spaces, thanks to floor to ceiling windows that overlook the garden and the surrounding hills, and the internal ones, thanks to a careful study of the geometry and the strategic positioning of the double sided fireplace.
